Ohio Turnpike service plazas
Seven pairs of service plazas, one in each direction, set roughly every 30 to 40 miles along the 241-mile mainline. Sunoco fuel and a national-brand food court at every one. Family restrooms throughout, free showers in the trucker areas, and EV charging at the busier sites.
Quick answer: All 14 plazas are open 24 hours, every day of the year. You do not break your toll ticket entering or leaving a plaza. EV charging at Portage / Towpath (mile 76), Erieview / Wyandot (mile 139), and Indian Meadow / Tiffin River (mile 197).

24/7/365, including holidays. Staffing varies overnight at the smaller food counters but fuel, restrooms and the convenience store stay open.
No toll to stop
Plazas sit between toll plazas. Your ticket is unaffected; pull off, refuel, eat, get back on, exit at your original interchange.

Every plaza has trucker facilities with free showers, separate restrooms, and designated long-haul parking.

Holiday weekends
Wyandot (westbound, mile 139) tends to have the shortest fuel queues on holiday weekends. The Portage / Towpath pair near Cleveland gets hammered Sunday afternoons.
EV charging
Three pairs have charging today, evenly spread across the mainline. A full west-to-east trip can be done with one charge stop at Erieview / Wyandot (mile 139).
Trucker amenities
Free showers and separate restrooms in the trucker section of every plaza. Designated long-haul parking. Overnight parking is permitted.
Dog walking
Every plaza has a small dog walk area at the rear of the lot. They are signed and grassed; bring your own bags.
